Rocky Waterholes Creek Lookout Route, Nattai National Park NSW

Rocky Waterholes Creek Lookout Route, Nattai National Park

A straightforward walk you can easily fit into half a day, ending at Rocky Waterholes Creek Lookout in Nattai National Park. The remote feeling views are pretty good, but better views and a better walking experience is to be had visiting nearby Ahearn Lookout. So this is one for those who have already done this and also the Starlights Trail.

Track Notes

Rocky Waterholes Creek Lookout Route, Nattai National Park
Same start as for the routes to Starlights Trail and Ahearn Lookout. Ignore those turnoffs to the right (west) and continue south to the end of the track at the cliff’s edge.

Starting from the sometimes busy car park for the Starlights Trail and Ahearn Lookout, take the fire trails and marked left turn for those walks. Continue past the turnoffs west for both those trails, continuing south to the end of the trail for your views. It’s fire trails or at least wide tracks the whole way so easy walking, if not particularly stimulating.
